– Warranty terms and conditions

Under the MAYA guarantee, we are committed to remedying any manufacturing defects identified in any MAYA products.

To make a claim under the warranty, please inform MAYA when a defect is detected and when the product is returned for inspection. The manufacturer shall then decide how to remedy a possible manufacturing failure (repair, part replacement or complete replacement of the product).

This warranty is valid for 3 (three) years from the date of purchase.

The MAYA guarantee does not cover claims other than those listed above. Claims arising from careless use or the misuse of the product (e.g. inadequate maintenance, inappropriate storage, overloading, overheating, accidental damage, normal wear, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

To take full advantage of the MAYA guarantee, it is important that you register your product with your dealer or online within 10 days of purchase.

– Repair

Your parachute should be checked every 24 months, or after 150 flight hours. You can send us your parachute for inspection.

Paragliders can be sent to us for repairs. Don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]; we will call or message you as soon as possible.
