  • New square design rescue
  • Very fast opening
  • Successful sink rate
  • Very low oscillation.
  • Reduced weight

DESCRIPTION

Modern square rescue parachute designs have been shown to achieve fast opening times, which are critical for safety, while delivering much greater oscillation stability and sink speed performance than conventional round rescue parachutes.

Modern square reserve parachute designs have been shown to achieve rapid opening times, which are critical for safety, while delivering much greater oscillation stability and collapse speed performance than conventional round reserve parachutes.

The two leading factors in the performance of reserve parachutes are the rate of collapse and stability of oscillation. Many reserve parachutes with acceptable theoretical collapse rates can provide a dangerous and hard landing due to oscillation instability. The main advantage of SALVUS over conventional round reserve parachutes is its zero oscillation. Aside from the excellent rate of collapse provided by SALVUS, a much higher performance than with conventional parachutes is also assured.

Maya Paraşüt LTD. uses the highest quality parachute materials for the production of SALVUS. These materials are selected for optimum durability, performance, low packing volumes and low weight, and are made to withstand even the toughest of situations and provide safe distribution. Check the fabric types used by competing brands before making your final choice of a reserve parachute.

EN- and LTF-certified according to EN 12491 and LTF 91/09 standards, SALVUS is available in three sizes, with maximum loads of 105 kg, 125 kg and 210 kg.
